What I see

Cars coming and going

Light changing and people waking

Puddles forming and crisp packets drifting

Sand in steps

Ships in the sea

My breath rising and sweat falling

This is what I see...

Coffee

This shop sells caffeine

It disrupts my brain

Coffee makes me pee

Got to go now...

What I see...

White topped waves crashing on white topped waves
Sand on the path
Two feet missing 4 feet paddling
Boulders being moved by water
People walking cars driving
This runner running

when I think I wonder
what do I see
just reflections of me...

Up at 0800

It is Saturday

Out for long slow run

Gentle wind blowing and long gradient

What goes up must come down

Startled dogs barking and crows cawing

Bright green top and tail

This is my health and safety

Cars come along and with a wave they pass safely

My day has started

The world keeps turning…
